Paw Law’s group classes and private instruction teach you how to train your dog. Our positive methods utilize proven theories of learning to get your dog to perform various tasks reliably. Once you know how a dog "learns", training your dog is easy and fun.

Jan Hicks is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) as recognized by the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Jan is one of the few Certified Pet Dog Trainers in Illinois.

Paw Law's Facility

Paw Law Dog Training Academy has a 4200 sq. ft. training center located a half a  mile west of Gary Avenue on Lake Street in Roselle, IL. Our center is equipped with state of the art rubber mat flooring designed for ideal comfort during training and play. For added safety, we have a 180 sq ft outside potty area with 8 ft chain link fencing.
